Challenge

Globant needed an exhibit environment that reflected the same energy, creativity, and unconventional culture found throughout their global offices.

Known for vibrant workspaces, unexpected design moments, and off-beat perks like indoor bowling alleys, the challenge was to create an exhibit that felt less like a corporate booth—and more like stepping into the Globant experience itself.

The space needed to stand apart from traditional tech exhibits while reinforcing Globant’s identity as an innovative, people-driven company.

Rather than designing around products or technology alone, we focused on culture as the experience.

The exhibit was Brandgineered to capture the spirit of Globant’s workplace environments—colorful, energetic, collaborative, and slightly unexpected. The goal was to make attendees feel the brand the moment they stepped into the space.

We leaned into bold visual moments, layered environmental graphics, and a layout designed to encourage interaction and exploration instead of passive viewing.
